RCS Care Solutions – First CQC Inspection

We are so pleased to let everyone know that CQC carried out our first inspection at the beginning of December. We have been waiting for the call for a long time now and we were relieved and excited when the call finally arrived. We have worked hard in the last Year setting up our first service and making it a success, we couldn’t wait for the Inspector to visit and allow us to show them our progress and how we are running our service. We have been inspected and measured against the CQC New Inspection Framework and was delighted to have received a rating of ‘Good’ in every area of the framework.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful staff team for helping us achieve this and all their hard work, the families of the people we support for taking the time to speak with the Inspector and give us wonderful feedback, all the others that contributed by giving us written feedback about the service we offer and the progress we have made. All of this was a contributing factor in us getting the fantastic report and we couldn’t have done this without all of you.
