Christopher Summers

Chris left college at 18 and started his Career as a Support Worker for a local charity in Devon supporting adults with Learning disability and was quickly promoted to a Team Leader. After this Chris funded his own Registered Managers Award and became a Manager of a Residential Home on the outside of Exeter supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities.

Chris then worked within large corporate companies in Management. Chris was an Area Manager with responsibility for Somerset, Gloucestershire and Swindon. To help Chris with this role and in preparation for his future he decided to continue with his studies in his own time completed and achieved a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management .  

After this Chris decided he wanted to set up his own company, so Chris & Julie decided to set up RCS Care Solutions in 2022.

Julie Reynolds


Julie left school at the age of 16 yrs and initially joined the family business after a year she then joined Neville Orchids that was owned by the Rothchild’s family as a junior auditor . After three years and completing her AAT she then joined a consumer led company in the accounts department .

Julie then started working in Health & Social Care by joining a large organisation as a Office Manager initially in Somerset and after completing her Prince 2 Project Management course then headed up projects for the organisation from South London to Plymouth where she worked for 17 years heading up payroll ,purchase ledger ,system analysis and costings .

 The Project Management course coupled with the AAT has put Julie in good stead for her new venture with Chris in founding RCS Care Solutions .
